The setting is simple: a small, well equipped private gym. On a mat surrounded by benches, weights, and barbells, a beautiful blonde performs a variety of stretches and leg lifts. When a brunette arrives and they exchange greetings we realize that the blonde — Lena Love — is the "Coach" of the film's title, and that Alyssa Reece is her client.
